You can issue a Family Card in your Health Wallet for up to a maximum of three eligible family members.
How to issue a card for family members
Select the Cards tab.
Below Family Cards, select Add Family Card.
Enter the Cardholder Details.
Select Continue.
When will the card arrive?
New cards can take 5-10 business days to be delivered. If your card does not arrive within that standard timeframe, please contact your customer support team for further assistance.
